Our mission is to help all our clients make quality improvements in their lives. We have years of experience in individual, family, couple, and group counseling. We integrate several forms of psychotherapy approaches such as Internal Family System, BrainSpotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral therapy (TB-CBT), Introspective Hypnosis, Traditional Hypnotherapy/Spiritual Hypnotherapy, Psychic/Spiritual healing, Surrogate Therapy, and more, to tailor treatment to our clients’ individual needs. Our intervention styles and commitment to our clients’ total wellness help them achieve the successful resolution of their underlying issues and traumatic reactions. Our treatment modalities help our clients resolve their emotional thoughts and memories that are sabotaging their personal growth; cultivate the ability to stay present without their symptoms; become capable of disallowing their experiences interfere in their lives; build on their strengths; and effectively handle current and future personal challenges that may interfere with their lives.
